VF migration state corruption via CCS synchronization race

Race condition in the Linux kernel 6.18 allows local users to corrupt VF CCS migration state during an in-flight buffer-object move. xe_bo_move submits copy or clear work before attaching CCS batch buffers and detaches them before the copy fence signals, exposing partially copied metadata to save and restore processing. Triggering requires Intel Xe SR-IOV VF migration to pause execution during the copy, leaving the migrated graphics state inconsistent.
