Kernel disclosure and crash via length underflow

Out-of-bounds read in affected Linux kernels allows physically proximate attackers to disclose kernel data or crash systems via Wi-Fi frames. The at76_guess_freq() function subtracts a 36-byte management-body offset after checking only for a 24-byte header, wrapping a truncated frame length before cfg80211_find_elem_match() walks past the receive buffer. Exploitation requires an at76c50x USB WLAN device to receive a truncated beacon or probe response while scanning; the over-read can expose adjacent kernel heap data or cause a kernel panic.
