Memory disclosure and crash via UVC over-read

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux UVC gadget driver allows context-dependent attackers to disclose kernel memory or crash the device via USB. uvc_send_response() limits memcpy() by the host wLength and ioctl data length but not by the 60-byte data->data source buffer. UVC gadget mode, a connected USB host, and a userspace response with both lengths above 60 are required; systems not using UVC gadget mode are unaffected.
