System hang via ISM suspend deadlock

Denial of service in Linux before 7.1.6 allows local users to hang the system by suspending it while video is playing. amdgpu_dm_ism_disable() waits for ISM delayed work while holding dc_lock, but an in-flight worker also takes dc_lock, creating an ABBA deadlock. The flaw requires ISM work to be in flight during suspend, and successful triggering stalls suspend or resume rather than corrupting data.
