Kernel memory disclosure or crash via unterminated descriptions

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux TAS2781 firmware parser from 6.5 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. The parser calls strlen() on variable-length description fields before verifying that a NUL terminator remains inside the firmware blob. Exploitation requires a TAS2781 codec and local access that permits replacement of its firmware blob; systems without the codec are unaffected.
