Kernel crash via NULL MBWU state teardown

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.19 through 7.1.5 and 7.2 release candidates before 7.2-rc5 allows local users to crash the kernel. The __destroy_component_cfg() path passes a NULL ris->mbwu_state for RIS entries without MBWU monitors to add_to_garbage(), which dereferences it. Triggering the fault requires local administrative access and ARM hardware exposing MPAM with a component whose RIS set mixes MBWU-capable and non-MBWU resources.
