Out-of-bounds read via truncated OCC response

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel OCC hwmon parser allows context-dependent attackers to parse beyond a truncated poll response. The parser bounds counted sensor blocks by static array capacity rather than transport data_length, so it consumes headers or extents outside the current response. Reachability requires an OCC on POWER8 or POWER9 to return truncated data; the bounded consequence is malformed sensor metadata, with no write or code execution established.
