Service interruption via unchecked IPv6 bonding path

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux bonding driver allows local users with administrative privileges to interrupt kernel service. With IPv6 disabled at boot, inet6_init exits before devconf_all is initialized, but bond_send_validate still reaches bond_ns_send_all and ip6_pol_route dereferences net->ipv6.devconf_all. Reachability requires the ipv6.disable=1 boot parameter and a bond using ARP monitoring; the observed consequence is a kernel fault in the bonding workqueue.
