Kernel code execution via cross-namespace RDS delivery

Use-after-free in Linux RDS 4.17.19 and affected releases from 4.18 allows local users to read kernel memory, crash the host, or execute code. rds_find_bound() omits network namespaces from its global socket-lookup key, permitting a message to retain an rds_connection pointer after the sending namespace frees that connection. An unprivileged local user must create user and network namespaces and RDS sockets; dereferencing the stale pointer can disclose kernel memory, panic the host, or call through freed memory.
