Local kernel crash via unchecked mutex allocation

NULL-pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases from 4.11 allows local users to crash the kernel during NFP resource opening. nfp_cpp_resource_find() reports success after nfp_cpp_mutex_alloc() returns NULL, so nfp_resource_try_acquire() passes that handle to nfp_cpp_mutex_trylock(). Exploitation requires local privileges, supported Netronome or Corigine NFP hardware, and failure of the resource-mutex allocation.
