Local system crash via oversized IOMMU memset

Out-of-bounds write in the Intel IOMMU driver in Linux allows local users to crash systems through DMAR latency statistics. The dmar_latency_disable() function clears sizeof(*lstat) * DMAR_LATENCY_NUM bytes from &lstat[type] instead of one entry, so any type above zero overruns the array. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and Intel VT-d DMAR latency support; the published impact is a system crash, not data disclosure or alteration.
