Local kernel crash via unsynchronized replicast updates

Race condition in Linux 4.9 through 7.1.5 and 7.2 release candidates before 7.2-rc5 allows local users to crash the kernel. tipc_udp_rcast_add() and cleanup_bearer() concurrently modify ub->rcast.list with list_add_rcu() and list_del_rcu() without serialization, corrupting list links. An unprivileged local user namespace can enable a TIPC UDP replicast bearer and repeatedly race peer discovery against bearer teardown, causing a kernel BUG or panic.
