Local system crash via auxiliary-device deletion race

Race condition in the Linux kernel pds_core driver allows local users to crash the system during auxiliary-device deletion. The deletion path checks pf->vfs[vf_id].padev before taking config_lock, allowing concurrent deletions to clear the slot and then dereference NULL. Reachability requires pds_core on AMD Pensando systems and concurrent VF-reset and PF-devlink operations; a second add can instead leak an auxiliary device.
