Kernel memory corruption via undersized feature matrices

Buffer-size miscalculation in Linux 6.19 through 7.1.5 and 7.2-rc4 allows local users to bypass Ethos-U command-stream bounds. The feat_matrix_length function omits the element-size multiplier for NHWC data and reads different precision bits for IFM and OFM, underestimating the validated memory span. Access to an Arm Ethos-U accelerator device is required; a crafted command stream can expose, modify, or crash kernel-accessible memory.
