Kernel crash via oversized SCTP stream reset

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel versions from 4.11 allows remote attackers to crash the system through a crafted SCTP reset. sctp_process_strreset_inreq() derives a stream count from an incoming RESET_IN_REQUEST without ensuring the larger RESET_OUT_REQUEST fits in SCTP_MAX_CHUNK_LEN, causing a 16-bit size overflow and undersized skb allocation. Exploitation requires an SCTP association with stream reset enabled and an interface MTU above 65535, such as loopback with IPv6 jumbograms.
