Local system crash via NULL link dereference

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash systems through mt7925 MLO station handling. mt7925_sta_set_decap_offload() walks the interface valid_links mask, accepts a NULL result from mt792x_sta_to_link(), and then accesses mlink->wcid while toggling MT_WCID_FLAG_HDR_TRANS. A low-privileged local user must reach decap-offload updates for an MLO station on hardware using the mt7925 driver.
