Local system crash via unchecked HE capability pointer

NULL-pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash systems through the mt7996 Wi-Fi driver. mt7996_mcu_bss_he_tlv() dereferences the HE capability pointer returned by mt76_connac_get_he_phy_cap() without first checking for NULL. Exploitation requires local access and an affected kernel using the MediaTek mt7996 driver; the reported consequence is a system crash.
