Local system crash via unguarded CCS teardown

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.18 through 7.1.5 and 7.2 release candidates before 7.2-rc5 allows local users to crash Intel Xe VF systems. During CCS read/write buffer detachment, xe_sriov_vf_ccs_rw_update_bb_addr accesses device resources without a drm_dev guard after device unbinding. A local low-privileged user must exercise an Intel Xe virtual-function configuration; the resulting kernel NULL dereference crashes the system.
