Local crash via stale VC4 driver data

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 4.4 through 7.1.5 and 7.2-rc4 allows local users to crash Raspberry Pi systems during VC4 removal. The vc4_hvs_unbind and vc4_v3d_unbind functions call dev_get_drvdata(master) after vc4-drm removal, then dereference the resulting null driver-data pointer. Triggering the crash requires a Raspberry Pi configured with dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d,noaudio and hdmi=off and enough privilege to unload the vc4 module.
