Kernel crash via stale max_vports state

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel idpf driver 6.7 through 7.1.5 and 7.2-rc1 through 7.2-rc4 allows local users to crash the system. After a vport-related buffer allocation fails during initialization, the driver leaves adapter->max_vports set although the vport arrays are absent, so idpf_remove dereferences a null array during reset or removal. Reachability requires an idpf device, allocation failure during initialization, and a later reset or privileged module removal; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
