One-byte memory over-read via sideband reply parsing

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux 3.17 and later allow local users to read one byte beyond malformed DisplayPort MST sideband replies. Three reply parsers consume the second byte of 16-bit bandwidth fields before checking whether idx + 2 exceeds raw->curlen. Reachability requires DisplayPort MST; the extra byte comes from neighboring parser state, while Red Hat rates the availability impact high.
