Local privileged-register access via insecure OA whitelisting

Improper access control in the Linux kernel's Intel Xe driver allows local users to access privileged OA registers directly. The xe_reg_whitelist.c runtime-programming tables add OA registers to nonprivileged slots without setting RING_FORCE_TO_NONPRIV_DENY, recreating the insecure whitelist after probe, GT reset, resume, or engine reset. Exploitation requires local low-privilege code and affected Intel Xe graphics hardware; the exposed registers allow unauthorized modification and information access.
