Kernel memory compromise via negative prefetch index

Out-of-bounds access in affected Linux kernel builds allows local users to read or corrupt kernel memory or crash the system via Xe BO prefetch. The drm/xe VM code passes the -1 CONSULT_MEM_ADVISE_PREF_LOC sentinel to region_to_mem_type[] as an array index instead of resolving the BO's preferred location. Access requires low-privileged local use of the Xe VM_BIND prefetch path, and the consequences remain within kernel memory and system operation.
