System crash via unlocked GPUVM map race

A GPUVM race in Linux kernel 6.8 through 7.2-rc4 allows local users with PowerVR render-node access to crash the system. pvr_vm_map omits vm_ctx->lock while map and unmap ioctls can run beside drm_gpuva_find, allowing a found GPUVA object to be freed before dereference. Any low-privileged process able to open the PowerVR render node can drive both sides of the race; systems without PowerVR hardware are unaffected.
