Local kernel panic via misaligned user fence

Reachable assertion in Linux 6.11 through 7.2-rc1 allows local users to panic the kernel via a crafted AMDGPU command submission. The AMDGPU CS path accepts a misaligned user-fence offset and passes its address to BUG_ON in sdma_v7_0_ring_emit_fence, terminating the kernel. Exploitation requires access to an AMDGPU render node on SDMA 7.0 hardware and causes a crash or, with panic-on-oops enabled, a hard hang.
