Kernel crash via misaligned SDMA fence address

Denial of service in Linux kernel amdgpu SDMA 5.0 allows local users to crash the kernel via a misaligned fence address. The sdma_v5_0_ring_emit_fence function invokes BUG_ON twice when the fence address has either low alignment bit set, turning that condition into a kernel-fatal assertion. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an affected AMD GPU using SDMA 5.0; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
