Service interruption via rearmed BO cache timer

Incorrect synchronization in the Linux vc4 driver allows local users to cause system instability during BO-cache teardown. In vc4_bo_cache_destroy(), timer deletion precedes work cancellation, allowing time_work to rearm the timer and queue work after teardown. Exploitation requires local access to a system using the vc4 graphics driver and can destabilize the system or interrupt service.
