Local system crash via encoder buffer race

Race condition in the Linux wave5 encoder from 6.8 allows local users to crash the system by requeuing a completed source buffer. An IRQ path calls v4l2_m2m_buf_done before start_encode removes src_buf from the ready queue, so rapid reuse makes the list self-reference and poisons its links. Exploitation requires local access to a system using the wave5 encoder; systems without that encoder are unaffected, and the reported consequence is a system crash.
