Kernel crash via unchecked BAR0 mapping

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux cx23885 PCI driver allows local users to crash the kernel when BAR0 mapping fails. cx23885_dev_setup() uses the unchecked result of pci_ioremap_bar() as the BAR0 register mapping instead of aborting and releasing the reserved PCI region. Reachability requires a cx23885-family PCI device and a BAR0 mapping failure during device setup; the resulting fault interrupts the host.
