Local service interruption via leaked decoder contexts

Resource exhaustion in the Linux kernel meson video decoder allows local users to interrupt service by repeatedly triggering failed opens. When vdec_init_ctrls() fails, vdec_open() jumps to err_m2m_release and omits v4l2_m2m_ctx_release(), leaking its V4L2 memory-to-memory context. Exploitation requires local access to the affected Meson decoder device, and repeated initialization failures can deplete resources until service is disrupted.
