Local kernel memory corruption via unchecked downscaling

Out-of-bounds DMA access in the Linux NXP Image Sensor Interface driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory and hang imaging. The format and selection handlers accept output dimensions below the hardware's one-sixteenth scaling limit, so the scaler writes a larger frame than the destination buffer can hold. Access to the ISI V4L2 device node is required; a crafted ioctl sequence can disclose or overwrite adjacent kernel memory, wedge the channel, or panic the system.
