Service interruption via leaked streaming buffer

Resource leak in the Linux kernel pwc driver allows local users to interrupt video streaming by triggering a streaming-start failure. During pwc_isoc_init(), a URB completion can move a queued buffer into pdev->fill_buf before a later submission fails, but start_streaming() drains only pdev->queued_bufs and leaves that buffer owned by the driver. The path requires local access to a supported USB camera and a failed isochronous URB submission; the leaked ownership triggers a kernel warning and interrupts the attempted stream.
