Local service disruption via unchecked allocation failure

Improper NULL handling in the TI VPE media driver in Linux 7.0 through 7.1.5 allows local users to disrupt kernel operation. vip_probe_slice passes a failed devm_kzalloc result to PTR_ERR_OR_ZERO, which treats NULL as success instead of returning -ENOMEM. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a high-complexity allocation failure during TI VIP device probing; published sources do not identify the exact failure mode.
