System crash via non-MMIO TXRX_NOTIFY dispatch

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux mt7921 Wi-Fi driver allows local users to crash systems that use USB or SDIO adapters. The mt7921_rx_check() and mt7921_queue_rx_skb() paths send an MMIO-only TXRX_NOTIFY event to mt7921_mac_tx_free() on every bus, reaching a NULL tx_cleanup callback on USB and SDIO. Reachability requires an affected kernel with mt7921 USB or SDIO Wi-Fi in use; processing the event in the RX worker dereferences the NULL pointer and crashes the system.
