Denial of service via incomplete trace_pipe cleanup

Resource leak in the Linux kernel mmiotrace tracer allows local users to exhaust memory by repeatedly closing partial trace_pipe reads. tracing_release_pipe calls pipe_close, but mmiotrace registered mmio_close only as close, leaving header_iter memory and a pci_dev reference unreleased. The path is reachable only when mmiotrace is compiled in and active and the user can access trace_pipe; repetition can destabilize the host.
