Local security-policy bypass via stale syscall argument

Security policy bypass in the arm64 syscall path in Linux Kernel allows local users to evade seccomp checks through ptrace tracing. After a syscall-entry stop, ptrace can change x0 while pt_regs::orig_x0 retains the earlier first argument consumed by seccomp, audit, and tracepoints. Exploitation requires ptrace control of a native arm64 task; the security check can approve a different argument from the one the syscall executes.
