Kernel crash via unchecked overlapping DAMON ranges

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash affected systems through overlapping DAMON monitoring ranges. damon_set_regions() accepts unsorted or overlapping address ranges without enforcing its ordering assumption, allowing negative-size regions to reach damon_merge_two_regions(). Exploitation requires privileged local control of DAMON; the terminal consequence is a divide-by-zero kernel crash, while lesser effects include duplicated DAMOS actions and distorted monitoring results.
