Memory corruption via device-private PMD misclassification

Type confusion in the Linux memory manager allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through device-private PMD mappings. The page_vma_mapped_walk() path omits check_pmd() and treats a device-private entry as a migration entry when PVMW_MIGRATION is set. Device-private memory with PMD-sized entries is required; incorrect interpretation or a concurrent PMD split corrupts memory or crashes the system.
