Local memory corruption via stale SCTP control socket

Use-after-free in Linux kernel SCTP allows local users to crash the system or corrupt kernel memory during network namespace teardown. proc_sctp_do_auth() can dereference a released control socket because auth_enable remains writable after inet_ctl_sock_destroy() frees that socket. Exploitation requires local access to hold and write the sysctl file while its network namespace is destroyed, producing a crash or undefined kernel behavior.
