Persistent write denial via repeated PT_INTERP headers

Resource leak in Linux binfmt_elf_fdpic allows local users to make interpreter files unwritable by running a crafted FDPIC ELF binary. The program-header loop processes every PT_INTERP entry, overwriting interpreter references without releasing the prior allocation or open_exec write denial. Unprivileged local execution is sufficient, and each trigger can retain resources and deny writes to the selected interpreter until the system restarts.
