Local authorization bypass via stale FUSE ACL cache

Authorization bypass in Linux 6.2 through 7.2-rc4 allows local users to read or write protected files through stale FUSE ACLs. The forget_cached_acl() helper clears the persistent ACL_DONT_CACHE state, allowing a later get_acl() call to reuse an unintended cache that set_acl() does not invalidate. Access to a FUSE-backed mount and a timed syscall sequence are required; stale permissive ACLs can expose or modify files after permissions are tightened.
