Local service interruption via RX buffer leak

A resource leak in the Linux hip04 network driver allows local users to exhaust memory and interrupt service on affected kernels. When build_skb() fails in hip04_rx_poll(), the refill path replaces slot references without releasing the current RX buffer or its DMA mapping. Systems require HiSilicon hip04 network hardware and local low-privileged access; exhaustion can deny service without disclosing or altering data.
