Filesystem operation hang via emergency thaw deadlock

Deadlock in fs/super.c in affected Linux branches from 4.17 allows local users to hang filesystem operations during emergency thaw. The do_thaw_all_callback() path calls bdev_thaw() while holding s_umount, and fs_bdev_thaw() then tries to acquire the same lock while bd_fsfreeze_mutex remains held. The path requires emergency thaw to process a block device previously frozen through bdev_freeze(), after which unmount, freeze, and thaw operations remain blocked.
