Peer-object leak via concurrent TCP error paths

Resource leak in Linux ovpn TCP error handling in 6.16 and later allows attackers to retain peer objects through concurrent errors. The RX and TX error paths each take a peer reference before queuing the same deferred deletion work, but a duplicate schedule_work call queues no second release. Concurrent RX and TX failures must overlap while deletion work is pending; the orphaned reference prevents the peer object from being freed.
