Traffic policy corruption via destructive VXLAN rollback

Improper rollback in the Linux kernel VXLAN MDB allows local users to corrupt multicast forwarding through a failed source-list replace. The vxlan_mdb_remote_srcs_add() failure path deletes every source on the remote list, including entries that predated the replacement. Reaching the path requires local privileges and an existing (*, G) remote; lost EXCLUDE sources admit blocked traffic, while lost INCLUDE sources drop permitted traffic.
