Kernel crash via unchecked AMDGPU alignment assertions

Kernel denial of service in Linux 7.0 through 7.1.5 allows local users to trigger a kernel fault through malformed AMDGPU submissions. The gfx12.1 compute-ring emitters apply BUG_ON() to unchecked, user-controlled indirect-buffer addresses and fence offsets, turning misalignment into a fatal assertion. Access to an AMD GFX 12.1 render node is required; Linux 7.0 exposes the path by default, while 7.1 requires amdgpu.user_queue=0, and the fault hangs GPU scheduling or panics hosts configured to panic on oops.
