Local denial of service via fatal GPU assertions

Denial of service in the Linux kernel amdgpu GFX12 driver allows local users to crash affected systems through DRM ioctls. GFX and compute submission paths pass user-chosen, misaligned GPU addresses to BUG_ON assertions instead of rejecting or masking them. Access to a GFX12 render device is required; a trigger kills the scheduler worker and causes a full kernel panic when panic-on-oops is enabled.
