Kernel panic via stale KIQ readiness state

A NULL-pointer dereference in Linux before 7.1.6 causes a kernel panic when amdgpu driver loading fails after MES initialization. When MES initialization fails, the driver leaves its MES-owned KIQ ring marked ready, and cleanup reaches a register-wait path through an invalid ring state. The condition requires a MES initialization failure on a relevant AMD GPU; public records do not establish an attacker-controlled trigger.
