Kernel memory corruption via dangling power-domain entry

Use-after-free in Linux kernel AMDGPU ACP teardown allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through driver cleanup. The acp_hw_fini path frees acp_genpd without first calling pm_genpd_remove, leaving its generic power-domain entry linked in the global gpd_list. Driver unload or PCI unbind requires root or CAP_SYS_ADMIN; subsequent list walks can leak kernel pointers, panic or hang the host, or enable kernel code execution.
