GPU service interruption via doorbell mapping overwrite

A doorbell-mapping flaw in Linux 6.16 through 7.1.5 and 7.2-rc1 allows local users to interrupt AMD GPU service via user queues. The amdgpu_userq_create path uses xa_store_irq() to replace an occupied device-global doorbell entry instead of rejecting the duplicate. Access to an AMDGPU render node is required; a duplicate handle and offset can misroute fence IRQs, hang queues, and trigger GPU recovery.
